Close to city center & train station. Owner kind & helpful. Safety codes, big room & bathroom. Enjoyed breakfast. Clean & renovated bathrooms. Good price.

No privacy, staff can go into the room as they want; and they told it is not possible to wash clothes after we arrive, we need to go to wash shop...is it too late?

its located on the 2nd floor of a historical building, which is both good and bad. nice furnitured, but hard to find on the first time and no elevator.

This hotel has a lot of character, the interior is charming, there is a small living room and bookshelf between the rooms. The room was comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay again. It is a family-run hotel and staff are pleasant.

There is a flat screen television in the room, but all the channels are Italian, I would have liked BBC or some foreign channels.

Small friendly hotel very close to the sights. I booked a single room but was given a double with a view of the Duomo Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very good value for money

It's a bit tricky to find and the entrance is not that obvious as it's on the second floor

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We made a reservation for 6 but showed up with 7 and they accommodated us without a single complaint! They helped us with museums, restaurants, luggage, everything! Slightly expensive, but you can't find a better deal in Florence

The showers don't have real curtains..all the water ends up all over the bathroom floor, but it's not a huge deal.

Great location being so central and friendly staff made it welcoming. Our room was light and sunny, opening onto a quiet courtyard at the back.

we suggest that some savoury choice is offered at breakfast,ie ham or cheese.

The hotel is located very close to the duomo and the city center, everything is in walking distance! Rooms were small but clean and comfy. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
